Every now and then, you’ll see a tiki-inspired cocktail on our menu. Maybe something with rum, fresh fruit, and a little flair. And while we love that tropical spirit, we’re not really a tiki bar.

Tiki culture has its own deep and complicated history, and while we admire the creativity it inspired, we try to steer clear of the parts that feel more like imitation than celebration. What we do embrace is the fun, the flavor, and the craftsmanship behind those classic drinks.

At RSL, our focus is on fresh ingredients, original recipes, and the imagination of our incredible team. We explore a wide world of flavors — from bright and citrusy to bold and spirit-forward, from tropical to unexpected… all crafted with the same care and creativity that define who we are.

We’re a tropical cocktail bar in our own lane, inspired by the islands but not defined by them. So if you’re a tiki fan, you’ll find plenty to love here. Just know that when we pour something with a paper umbrella, it’s always done with a smile, respect, and a healthy squeeze of fresh lime.
