This season at Rum Sugar Lime (RSL), we’re venturing deep into the wild, where bold flavors, tropical inspiration, and expert craftsmanship come together in perfect balance.
Our new Fall/Winter menu marks a milestone. It’s our 21st seasonal menu since opening our doors more than seven years ago. For the first time, it’s themed. A vivid exploration of the jungle and the creatures that inspire it.
This collection features 12 of our favorite cocktails, each one crafted with precision, creativity, and a deep respect for the art of balance. Among them are seven entirely new creations, imagined and perfected by our talented bar team – original cocktails never before seen anywhere.
Each drink tells its own story, drawing on the essence of the animal that inspired it. The Capybara brings calm and warmth with spiced rum and horchata. The Aracari blends strawberry, vanilla, and basil into a bright, herbaceous escape. The Poison Dart Frog lives up to its name, lively, colorful, and just a bit dangerous, pairing kiwi, pandan, and toasted coconut with a daring edge. The Ocelot, sleek and bold, prowls through whiskey and fig. The Dracula Parrot flirts with nostalgia, combining Dr. Pepper syrup and strawberry cordial for something both familiar and delightfully strange. The Scarlet Macaw soars in with a burst of cacao, cherry, and citrus, balancing its vibrant spirit with elegant restraint.
Our most loyal guests will recognize the enduring favorites that remain. The Daiquiri, Saturn, Mai Tai, Painkiller, and Maelstrom each hold a permanent place on our menu, representing RSL’s roots and the timeless cocktails that have defined us since the beginning. The Daiquiri remains the heart of RSL, crisp and tart with a hint of funk. The Saturn continues to glow with its mix of gin, passion fruit, and orgeat, a tiki legend in its own right. The Mai Tai offers a sharp, balanced kick of Caribbean character. The Painkiller brings comforting tropical sweetness. And for those who like their cocktails bold and unshaken, the Maelstrom rides in on waves of dark rum and ginger.
