We’re honored to share that Rum Sugar Lime has been selected to participate in this year’s Reno Food & Drink Week.

This is our first year taking part, and 2026 marks the festival’s first invitation-only format. To be included alongside many of Reno’s most respected restaurants and bars is something we’re genuinely proud of.

From March 18 through March 31, we’ll be featuring three cocktails created to reflect both technical craft and layered flavor.

Each one is built with intention. No fillers. No shortcuts.

Ukiyo

Black Sesame–Infused Suntory Toki · Lemongrass Yuzu · Orgeat · Lemon · Pineapple · Ginger Bitters

Ukiyo begins with Suntory Toki infused with toasted black sesame, adding nutty depth and subtle savory structure. Bright lemongrass and yuzu lift the aromatics, while orgeat rounds the mid-palate with soft almond richness. Lemon and pineapple bring balance and freshness, and a touch of ginger bitters ties it together with quiet spice.

Layered, silky, and unexpectedly complex.

Pandan Daiquiri

Royal Standard Rum · Bandoeng Pandan Liqueur · Lime · Simple Syrup

This is our classic daiquiri format, sharpened and elevated. Royal Standard Rum provides a clean, expressive base, while Bandoeng pandan liqueur introduces subtle vanilla and grassy aromatics that feel both tropical and refined. Fresh lime keeps it precise and bright, with just enough sweetness to create a perfectly tuned balance.

A study in restraint and precision. St. George Valley Gin brings soft botanical structure, while Leopold lime cordial delivers concentrated citrus depth without overwhelming the spirit. The result is crisp, aromatic, and elegantly balanced.
