We are delighted you are considering Midtown’s newest private party destination for your event. Having confirmed the availability of our space, we ask that you please review and understand our frequently asked questions and terms of service before securing your date.

Our event team is here to help make your event a smashing success – on budget and on time. Please coordinate any details directly with your event coordinator for the fastest, most cost-effective service.

First, a few important Frequently Asked Questions for all of our guests:

  1. Nautilus hosts 25 -50 guests, our event space offers Reno’s freshest cocktails paired with small bites. Sit down dinners are not recommended. Smaller parties may be accommodated with a 25 guest room and beverage minimum.
  2. All guests must be 21 years of age and have a valid, State issued ID. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must adhere to Nevada laws and statutes regarding underage attendance.
  3. Event reservations are scheduled in four hour time blocks, including set-up and break down. Additional time is available for an hourly fee if required.
  4. All food items must be prepared and delivered by a licensed business/caterer. This is to ensure all our guest’s safety from any unintentional food related illness. Your event coordinator will provide you with an extensive list of preferred food vendors, and help guide you through the process of selecting items to suit your budget.   5. A method of payment is required, along with a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total venue and function fees, at a minimum, 14 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event.
  6. All decorations and food must be removed at the end of your event. Any decoration or food items left behind will be disposed of properly.
  7. Lost and found items will be held for 10 days. We will donate any left items to an appropriate non-profit cause in our community.
