As the weather warms and sunshine returns to MidTown, we’re toasting the season with a fresh lineup of cocktails at RSL. Our Spring/Summer 2025 menu features 12 carefully crafted seasonal specials—a mix of signature favorites and bold new creations designed to pair perfectly with warmer days, late nights, and everything in between.

The Lineup

Our menu is split between 4 RSL classics—drinks we’d never dare take off the menu—and 8 seasonal stars, including 5 brand-new recipes and 3 beloved returns that you’ve told us you simply can’t live without.

Leading the charge is the bright and breezy One-Way Ticket, a vodka-based stunner with Chareau aloe liqueur, orange curaçao, and Supasawa citrus blend. It’s floral, fresh, and a little flirty—your new go-to for porch sipping or patio lounging.

Then there’s Estrella Batida, a tropical dream of cachaça, toasted coconut, ripe banana, and dark chocolate, inspired by Brazilian sunshine and vintage cocktail nostalgia.

Feeling a little spicy? Try Love Games—our not-so-basic margarita remix with roasted jalapeño, honeydew, and agave nectar. The heat is subtle, the balance is beautiful, and the finish is endlessly refreshing.

We’ve also brought back a few heavy hitters. Call of Cthulhu, our tiki thriller featuring reposado tequila, black currant, pineapple, and bitters, is still capped at two per person (trust us, you’ll thank us later).

And for something truly unexpected, The Roosevelt shakes things up with a rum and red wine combo that’s surprisingly smooth, deeply flavorful, and brightened with pineapple and vanilla. It’s bold, lush, and unlike anything else in town.
